Be Better.

I would like to propose a motto for, not only my company – LigerTail, Inc. – or others, but for myself, personally, and anyone else that believes it appropriate:

“Be Better.”

First, to comment on the meaning of this motto in relation to LigerTail, Inc.: We would like to be better than all other market-based solutions for traffic generation. To this end, we are committed to opening up the analytics of our centralized system to the fullest extent possible for our users. There will be no mystery, we will not be a black box. The market should decide whether the proposed solution is fit for the environment and should shape it accordingly. And so we at Elephino, Inc. ask you, the reader, to take part in shaping the system for your needs by sending us feedback.

On a personal level, the motto seems almost unnecessary in its simplicity. However, often times when faced with a situation that seems overwhelming I have found the need to rationalize to myself a reason to not be lazy or take shortcuts – the concept of self-betterment is justification enough.

Those that have known me through the years, or even just met me over the last year or so, have no doubt witnessed a spectacle of ups and downs. Though not the easiest thing to do, I have strived to make progress in business, personal relationships, and even personal health.

Here I am now, launching my company amidst support from friends and business associates, addicted to masochistic workouts, and having spent countless hours on a daily basis reading books, papers, articles, blog entries, etc.

So how can LigerTail, Inc. help you be better?
